As long as you have an official ESA letter, your housing provider must make reasonable accommodations for your emotional support animal to live with you. They are also prohibited from charging pet fees and imposing weight or breed restrictions on emotional support animals.

Traveling with your emotional support animal is allowed by some airline carriers if you have an ESA letter.  Under new DOT laws some fees may apply. This also applies to other forms of transportation such as Uber's, Lyfts busses, trains, etc.. However, you  have to comply with some requirements. All airlines and businesses require your ESA to be trained, well behaved in public and calm in such places.
